Benchmark Enterprises is seeking to partner with companies interested in
reselling Benchmark Enterprises software. Joining the Benchmark Enterprises
Business Partner Network offers numerous opportunities and incentives for
motivated resellers who wish to increase their revenue earning potential. The
Commission VAR program is designed to reward our partners with increased
profitability based on their commitment and rate of success in selling our
products. Standard commission is available to all commission VARs that
resell our products and services. Commission levels will vary dependent on
your sales volume, with commissions as high as 60% are attainable.
Software Overview
A Very brief description;
1) Our V2000 Modular Home
Estimating Software is targeted for use by the Modular Home
Builder/Retailer. It allows the Home Builder to quickly (5 to 10 minutes)
compile a cost estimate, materials list, and options, email or print a customer
quote.
2) Our Order Entry/Home Cost
Estimating Software is targeted for use by the Manufacturer, there
Field Reps, and can also be used by the Home Builder/Retailer. It allows
the user to quickly generate a (custom) modular home cost, based on existing
model costs. Generates Factory Order Forms, Color choices and signoff forms.

An Benchmark Enterprises Value Added Reseller markets and sells Benchmark
Enterprises products. Products are either sold unmodified or with
client-specific modifications. (Priced accordingly)
Value Added Reseller Information
Benchmark Enterprises, L.L.C.. is
always interested in attracting resellers for its line of Benchmark Enterprises
Modular Home Builder Estimating solutions. While becoming a reseller is easy,
there are a few key guidelines that must be adhered to, before and after joining
the reseller program. Below, please find the guidelines to becoming a VAR.
Initial Sign Up
In order to become an Benchmark Enterprises Business Partner, a prospective
dealer must agree to and sign a copy of the Benchmark Enterprises Reseller
Agreement and returned it to Benchmark Enterprises.
Distribution Overview
VAR’s must obtain new CD’s for demo purposes only, from Benchmark Enterprises, L.L.C. Copies may not be
made under any circumstances, evaluation or otherwise. Benchmark Enterprises
will ship all materials to the VAR after all applicable fees (royalty or
otherwise) have been received.
Royalties
Benchmark Enterprises, L.L.C. must receive royalty fees before permanent license
keys are issued. Licenses are distributed per seat. Every seat must have a
unique license key. In addition to payment, Benchmark Enterprises must receive
the licensee name, address, telephone number. Royalty rates are subject to
change for future versions of Benchmark Enterprises software. Resellers may
personally install an (10 - use) or (30 day) evaluation version of the software at a prospective
clients site. Duplicates of the evaluation CD may not be made. Copies of the
evaluation CD must be purchased from Benchmark Enterprises, L.L.C. at the
reseller’s price. (Benchmark Enterprises is committed to maintaining reasonable
prices for all of our reseller materials.)

Receiving New Client Licenses
Benchmark Enterprises makes it easy for resellers to accommodate their clients
quickly. To obtain a new license for a client, fax a purchase order to Benchmark
Enterprises including the client name, client address with telephone number, and
preferred shipping method. Upon receipt of the purchase order and payment,
Benchmark Enterprises will ship the appropriate materials to the requested site.
An invoice will not be shipped to the client. Payment must include shipping and
handling costs. Upon receipt of payment, Benchmark Enterprises will issue a
permanent license to the reseller for the client. If payment is not received
prior to shipping, Benchmark Enterprises will distribute a 10-trial or 30 day CD. A
permanent key will not be issued until payment is received in full.
