What is your Total Estimated FINISHED Budget for the Home? (Finished means all the work needed such as Foundation, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electric etc... required to complete the home, ready to move in.

Do NOT include the cost of the Building Lot.

If your Budget is seriously too low "$25,000 to 30,000 low" we will not send a formal quote.

So be as realistic as possible.

 

Note: Garages and Porches are by owner and built on site in most all cases.

All quotes will be as rendered, with the as rendered cost included as an option. You can deduct almost any option from the total cost you like. However some options may be required due to the type of home you choose.
